Teens

Sync Health is here to help teens and young adults navigate sexual health challenges and questions about different kinds of birth control, safe sex, and access to sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment. It is important for me that teens and young adults have a safe place to talk and learn about their sexual health needs and become empowered.

Menstruation management

Let's take this journey together! Sync Health will help you address changes that you may experience; whether this is your first menses or entering menopause and beyond. We will work together through all the unexpected developments and questions that arise and develop a plan that works for you.

Contraception

Let’s discuss your unique contraceptive needs. Sync Health offers counseling and resources for everybody; from first time users of contraception, all the way through menopause. People need different methods at different times in their life. We can talk about the method that best suits your needs; this can include oral contraception (different forms of pills), patches, rings, long-acting reversible contraception (implants or IUDs), non hormonal methods, emergency contraception and more. We also offer pre-contraception counseling when it is the right time for you and your partner to consider pregnancy.

Menopause

Women in their mid-40s may start experiencing changes to their menstruation and may need support for hot flashes, night sweats and other menopause symptoms including changes to their bodies. Once women have achieved full menopause (defined as 12 months without a period), these symptoms may continue. We can provide options including menopause counseling, medication, and hormone therapy. Sync Health is here to listen to your needs and support your transition into, though, and beyond menopause to ensure your best days are ahead of you.

Sexual health for men and women

This is one of the most important aspects that require proper counseling. We advise individuals and couples on safe sex practices that fit everybody's needs, support for transitioning education, and sexual and reproductive health services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and intersex patients.
